Property Manager - West End office base - Single site management - up to £40k


My client is a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing wide ranging property consultancy services across Prime Central London.

On one of their sites, a long retained RMC block with ongoing major works, they have decided to appoint a Property Manager to oversee this estate ONLY as follows:

  • Singe site management, no portfolio (just one prime, long retained RMC block)
  • Based in the office as part of the wider property management team, undertaking the full range of property management duties from budget setting to insurance provision with a particular focus on ongoing major works (S20 consultation experience ESSENTIAL)
  • Site visits
  • Dealing with Resident/Director queries
  • Management of a wide range of contractors on site performing a variety of maintenance and project works
  • Liaison with other inhouse departments as required (accounts etc.)
The position does NOT offer home working, but will require time spent on site as works commence or progress.


The suitable Property Manager will be extremely project/S20 savvy with a desire to build a forensic knowledge of (and relationship with) one highly prized and long retained estate, so client/customer skills and a service mentality are essential.


Whilst IRPM or RICS qualification is desirable, neither are essential - This is very much a low volume, high attention to detail role with multiple projects and contractors running at any given time.

Salary is up to £40k to start.
