Description
Recroot are looking for a Application Packager to join our client based with Redbridge Council.

Role is inside IR3- pay rate is PAYE (we don't use ltd or umbrella companies)


Overall Role Purpose:


Key Accountabilities and Result Areas

  • To undertake research into the use of technology in other organisations, developing plans to bring innovative technologies into the Council to deliver long term benefit.
  • Maintain awareness of forthcoming changes in the underlying hardware and the council's IT environment and prepare necessary configuration changes to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
  • To plan and prioritise work from day to day for themselves and for colleagues to whom they will assign work, identifying highest priority tasks and ensuring these are completed, and that all tasks are completed within service level targets.


To provide guidance and leadership to less experienced colleagues, ensuring that customers are always able to make productive use of council PCs.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£356.21 per day
