What you will be responsible for
As Data Implementation Lead you will

  • To play lead data architecture role within client delivery to support the successful solutioning and implementation against client requirements.
  • To provide key input to the planning stage through their direct leadership or that of their team regarding product gaps, product capabilities and the necessary task and duration effort to allow costing and planning accuracy.
  • To own the client delivery from a solution and architecture perspective.
  • To be able to analyse, solution and break down a requirement into smaller work packages that can be assigned to business analyst and business system analyst resources
  • Work closely within the Global teams ensuring strong collaboration for the success of the team
  • To provide direction and leadership to business systems analysis and developers to ensure solution delivery objectives are met
  • To ensure review and sign off at key toll gates through the implementation process to ensure quality and integrity of the client deliverables
  • End to end Support of the project lifecycle process assisting with data validation and defining entry and exit criteria of the test phases agreed with the client
  • Work closely within the Professional Services team with strong collaboration for the success of the team
  • Input and implementation of improved global uniformed process and management reporting across all aspects of the client and product life cycle

Additional requirements

Product Management:


  • To participate in the necessary global product forums in order to support input understanding of the product strategy
  • To provide leadership to the EMEA team in terms of knowledge and understanding of the global product road map and to act as the client point of focus in term of this road map

Team Management:


  • To provide management structure and communication to the EMEA Product
  • To support goals and objectives to the team to ensure strong development and performance of team

Individual Contributor:


  • Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behavior

Education & Preferred Qualifications:


  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
