12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Grade 4 - £30,151 - £37,261

Working 36.5 Hours per week

We are seeking an individual who gets excited around being involved in business change, has a real eye for detail, can support teams and individuals consistently to a high standard and has a real passion for making sure all business processes are up to date and managed appropriately.

You will be working alongside the waste transformation team reporting directly to the programme manager.

The areas of transformation initially across street scene are aligned to the following 5 pillars below:


  • Community Behaviour
  • Commercialisation
  • Workforce Performance
  • Digital and Data
  • Street Scene Redesign


You will need to be an effective communicator, fully competent across the full range of Microsoft and Oracle tools, but also can adapt business process to new emerging software with mínimal direction.
