Employee Relations Specialist

Location:
Kearsley, Bolton - Hybrid Working 1-2 days per week in the office

£35,000 - £45,000

A passionate and supportive business in the healthcare sector are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide commercial, swift and robust levels advice to assigned regions.

Within this role you will support, guide and train managers and ensure they are acting within the scope of policy and procedure plus providing commercial solutions to employee relations issues.

This is a brand new role and will work along side 3 other Employee Relation Specialists reporting into the HR Operations Manager with a Coordinator to also support.

You will be supporting operational management within an allocated region in all aspects of disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management, as well as other processes relevant under the employee relations remit.

This may involve attendance at appropriate meetings and so some travel may be required.

You will also have the opportunity to work on ER projects such as working with the employee relations team to analyse and understand trends in people issues across the regions and implement appropriate solutions.

This company are offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus hybrid working, life assurance scheme, health care, gym discounts and enhanced holiday allowance.
