Right now, we're looking for our next future shapers and experience makers to join our Talent Team in a remote role with ad hoc visits to out Datchet location required.


As a TA & Compliance Advisor, you'll make a vital contribution to a fast paced, dynamic contact centre team, recruiting Customer Service Advisors who are able to deliver unrivalled levels of customer experience, whilst working to strict processes and targets.

  • Must have 18 months experience in a TA/recruiter role inc sourcing, interviewing, evaluation ensuring unbiased decisions
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, peoplefocused with a 'can do'/solutions approach attitude
  • You recognise the need for, and display commitment to, developing a well
- rounded knowledge of our strategy, goals, values and people

  • You will be able to spot opportunities to improve our processes, and collaboratively create new approaches
  • Highly tech savvy, organised, a selfstarter
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external contacts at all levels
