You're in luck as our amazing #TeamKyd in Elgin have a great opportunity to join them on a part-time (20 or 30 hours) permanent basis. So, if you're caring, reliable and flexible with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, you could be just who we're looking for


The Role
The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be to provide support two fun loving gentlemen to live in their own shared home. You'll assist them with all aspects of her daily life including finances, cooking, housework & personal care.

We'll also need you to be enthusiastic about supporting them with hobbies and interests too, these include football, quizzing, days out, being outdoors and boats.

As one of the gentlemen has a Motability car, we are looking for someone with a full clean driving license.

About You
Don't have experience, don't worry, here at Cornerstone we recruit on values and transferrable skills.

It's not about what experience and qualifications you have, we're interested in what you as an individual will bring to our team.

We have our own Training Academy who'll support you by giving you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) too.


All we need you to bring is: -

  • A full clean driving license
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns


As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service will involve working early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.


Our sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours, you will receive an additional
£84 for every sleepover shift worked.
