Purchase Ledger Controller - Brighouse, United Kingdom - AD Finance
Description
Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Specialist to join a family-run business based in Brighouse on a permanent basis.
Reporting in to the Finjance Manager and working as part of a small and friendly team, you will be responsiblefor supporting the department with the preparation and analysis of management information.
Your responsibilities will include;- Processing of purchase invoices, and obtaining necessary approval of expenditure from the budget holder and managing any queries that may arise internally and externally
- Updating the supplier accounts with bank payments and allocating accordingly
- Full statement reconciliations
- Processing of weekly employee expenses claims
- Customer Rebate Calculations in line with VBA agreements
- Collation of monthly prepayment and fixed asset information, for month end
- Credit Control assistance as and when necessary
- Document filing
- Adhoc reporting
