Service Care Solutions are looking for a Trainer to work within a Government Entity on a 18-Month Contract.


Location:
RAF Cranwell


Job Role/Responsibilities:

As a WSO/WSOp Sensor Operator Instructor your main responsibilities would be:

  • The theoretical and practical instruction, as directed by the Head of Section, of students during Foundation or Advanced Sensor Operator phases. You may also be tasked to instruct refresher WSOps/WSOs and exchange officers to the standards prescribed inthe approved syllabi.
  • The assessment of student performance with reference to the assessment specification prescribed in the approved syllabi. Student attainment levels, whether acceptable or not, should be appropriately advised to the student and be reported to your commandchain.
  • The timely and accurate preparation of student reports and documentation required by sub paras a & b above.
  • Assist the Head of Section in the daily supervision and welfare of students during all phases of training.
  • Advice and guidance to students in both Foundation and Advanced phases to ensure their continual personal development.
  • Management and security of all classified material held in the department.

Qualifications Required:


  • Qualified WSOp ISTAR (Sensor).
  • Operational experience as a Sensor Operator on Reaper/ Shadow.
  • AIC/DTTT.
