Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a Luxury Eyewear Brand. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team based in Surrey.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers for all group subsidiary companies.
  • VAT preparation and assisting with end of the year accounts
  • Bank reconciliation across multicurrency accounts.
  • Invoice processing, data entry, supplier payments uploading.
  • Expenses processing & reconciliation.
  • Assist with payroll and sales team commissions.
  • Updating and maintaining management reports and documents.
  • Forecast analysis & cost control analysis.
  • Supporting credit control on monthly statement

Key Requirements;

  • 2+ years accounts experience, demonstrating clear business awareness.
  • High level of accuracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of detail with excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
