September 2024 gets you where you want to go - and who you want to grow into.

It means you can learn from the best and give your best.

The programme is designed to meet your career aspirations and contribute to our mission from day 1, which is to ensure that billions of lives will be better thanks to you; our leaders of tomorrow.

So, let's get going. The work of your life begins here.

The purpose of the role is to work within our business functions supporting all business areas across the UKI in Human Resources and across Europe in Business Excellence.

You will have two one year rotations:

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in European projects and activities as part of the European Region organisation. In this position you will report to the Business Excellence Lead.

The Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is designed to discover future business leaders and incorporate you into the Philips business where your new ideas and passion will shape the Philips business of tomorrow.

You will have strong support networks with business managers, mentors and previous graduates.

Your cohort will start in September 2024 and will be supported with a comprehensive personal development plan over the two-year scheme.

As part of the programme you will be given a stretch project in another area of the UKI business.
