If the answer is yes to the above, then we want to hear from you Our Preparation Center based in Bristol is looking to recruit a new Fleet Prep Administrator.

About the position

A large part of the Fleet Prep Administrator position involves:

  • All vehicle prep and processing from vehicle inwards to onward customer delivery
  • Process all new vehicle valeting and delivery packs.
  • Process all new fleet bookings and ensure all systems are up to date.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in every operation.
  • Maintain and update all spreadsheets as required.
  • Chase the various Sales Admin members ensuring lines are pushed.
  • Pass all job cards to the workshop in date order.
  • Keep up to date with all filing.
  • Maintain a professional manner at all times with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Occasionally requested to assist at other Wessex Dealerships.

Requirements:

We expect the new Fleet Prep Administrator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Must have full, clean driving licence.
