Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building-related matters to our clients.

Your role will involve conducting surveys, inspections, and assessments of existing buildings, as well as preparing reports and recommending appropriate solutions.

You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough building surveys, including inspections and assessments of existing structures.
Prepare detailed reports on building conditions, defects, and recommended remedial actions.
Provide expert advice and guidance on construction and maintenancerelated matters.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop and implement effective building strategies.
Assist in the preparation of specifications, cost estimates, and contract documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies and advise on building regulations and compliance.
Offer professional advice on building maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Chartered Building Surveyor status (MRICS) is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of building construction techniques, regulations, and codes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using industrystandard surveying tools and software.
