REED Accountancy are delighted to be working with a client, who is recognised as a market leader in Retail.


My client is now recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their organisation and team on a full-time and permanent position, based in Stirling.


The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for managing the Payroll Department and Processing end-to-end payroll on a monthly and weekly basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the payroll department
  • Processing endtoend payroll on a monthly & weekly basis
  • Ensuring pension, tax & NI regulations are adhered to
  • Developing systems to enhance the efficiency, but also to take advantage of opportunities for the payroll function
  • Prepare and present payroll reporting as required
  • Provide assistance to internal customers and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll audits
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams

Skills:


  • Proactively build good working relationships
  • Competent in MS Excel
  • Competent in Payroll and HR systems
  • Computer literate
