Hybrid: 4 days in 1 from home

A brilliant opportunity to join a client focused and driven Lloyd's Broker that differentiates itself from their market, working as their Marketing Development Lead, utilising marketing as a tool that will help to generate further growth and profit.

This Lloyd's Broker is looking for a highly established marketing professional who understands the benefit of marketing as tool and how it can be utilised to help company growth and profits.

You would be expected to analyse and report back to the board of directors the percentage of growth and profits contributed due to the marketing function and the value it adds.

You need to be confident in using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and V-look ups. Ideally you should be in an similar position in the insurance market if not financial services.
