For over 25 years Brookson have been supporting the self-employed, contracting and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support.
We offer services to both workers and hirer and have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Partnerto join our growing company.
The role
The Onboarding Partner role sits within our Umbrella Services team.
Our Umbrella customers are self-employed, or temporary workers using Brookson for our PAYE services, we ensure these workers are paid compliantly and on time.
What will be your main responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of customers new to Brookson to ensure each individual is onboarded accurately and receives fantastic customer service and a positive welcome to Brookson
- Making outbound welcome calls from meetings setup by the customer using Calendly.
- Provide details on frequently asked questions, supporting with advice on how to access platforms and portals and where to access payslips.
What experience are we looking for in an Onboarding Partner?
Essential Experience
- Previous phonebased customer service experience
- Passionate about providing the best possible customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Experience of working within a financial services or accountancy setting
