The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for helping to grow the business with new innovative ideas. This responsibility will involve the overall presentation of products on the company website, including site search and navigation. You will be taskedwith identifying and maximizing sales opportunities as well as driving conversion improvements across the entire range.

Typical responsibilities

Monitoring top search terms and ensuring relevant results are displayed
Ensuring the best products are displayed in prominent positions
Use Analytics data to identify opportunities to improve product presentation
Ensuring that products are correctly classified
Work with the team to ensure all published product data is clear, consistent and easily understandable
Work with the photography to ensure products have the best images/videos
Identify opportunities to enhance content with videos, info graphics, user guides etc.
Work with product marketing to understand USP and supplier strategies
Work with suppliers to improve product knowledge
Identify opportunities to improve product presentation such as dedicated landing pages
Create effective offers and promotions working with Product Marketing
Produce weekly/monthly reports on KPI's
Work with SEO expert to create outreach content pieces
Identify cross sell opportunities
Competitor benchmarking

To be considered for this role

Business Graduate or equivalent experience within a similar field
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate, influence, challenge, take the initiative, take decisions, suggest alternatives, work to deadlines and schedules.
Organised, logical and methodical, you are comfortable working both in a team and on your own.
Competent with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of other Microsoft packages i.e. Word, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent attention to detail
