Description

This role may be attactive to a individual living in a different location but is able to travel to Birmingham when attending the office.

Company:
Global Asset Manager

This role will support the development of Datasets, Investment Analytics and Risk tools for the Portfolio Managers.

You will be responsible for maintaining, improving and automating the functions above, as well as designing and implementing new solutionsfor the Investment teams.

Requirements:

Competent in Python and must have used it in a working format, not just through education (this will be assessed in the interview process)
Good working knowledge of SQL
Numerical analysis and statistics experience
Knowledge or interest in cloud migration (GCP, AWS)
Able to use Plotly for dash and visualisation libraries
Experience using GitHub able to maintain a code base contributed to by more than one person
Data visualisation tool knowledge
Strong communication skills and able to discuss with Portfolio Managers
