Description

This post is to support patients referred on a suspected cancer pathway to the London Sarcoma Service, with an aim to deliver an accelerated pathway from referral to treatment.

Development of the role will be led by the needs of the patient. The post holder must be adaptable and willing to work flexibly as the service progresses.

The post holder will work within the multi-disciplinary team under the clinical supervision provided by the clinical nurse specialist team and support from the AHP Stratified Follow-up Administrator and Cancer Manager.
