Location:
Newcastle


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)


Salary:

They are seeking an organised individual who thrives under pressure and can efficiently manage time-sensitive tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reconcile bank accounts and process financial statements
  • Manage daily financial transactions and record keeping
  • Assist with monthend reporting and analysis
  • Generate accurate reporting for financial systems such as NetSuite
  • Prepare VAT reports and handle data processing tasks
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies across various offices and with thirdparty entities
  • Provide general office support and undertake additional tasks as required

Role Requirements:


  • Proven experience in financial roles with a focus on remuneration or similar fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report generation
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with third parties
  • Experience with Intelliflo Office is beneficial but not essential
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
