The day-to-day
As a Creator in this team, your primary responsibility is to the work.
Crafting best-in-class, cutting edge, insightful social work that puts people first.

We need you to protect the ideas and our client's social accounts, the craft and artistry that goes into them, working on multiple projects at any one time, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.

Alongside this, you must have an appreciation of the fiscal nature of what we do and _'how much it costs to come up with a great idea' _as you start to learn what it means to run a successful business.

Champion the work.
As a Creator, your primary focus should be the work - achieving best in class, ground-breaking, first to market, trend setting and following _work that works_?

You will work across the full spectrum of jobs, from content creation to platform strategy to campaign thinking and managing shoots - this is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a wide set of the skills, as well as focus on those you feel most passionate about.

You should stay inspired, motivated and excited about what we do and how we go about it, sharing this enthusiasm with the more junior members of the team.
