We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sports Centre Receptionist to join our front of house team at the sports centre reception desk and to provide an efficient and welcoming reception for visitors, students, and staff.
You will be required to monitor access of the sports centre to deal with a range of enquiries, signing students in and out, taking class and court/ pitch and room bookings, liaise with sports centre, site, and IT service staff to facilitate the bookings.
The post holder also will have responsibility for calling first aid, emergency services and activating emergency procedures where necessary.
You will also support the College Reception team, where you will be the first point of contact for all students and visitors arriving to our college and respond to all queries promptly and in a supportive and professional manner.
As this role is varied and fast-paced, you must be able to multitask, have good organisational and communication skills, whilst being able to work flexibly in a friendly and professional manner to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
If you are successful, you would play a vital role in the College, which is graded as 'outstanding' in all categories by Ofsted.
