The main duties of the posts is to care for individuals with complex health care needs in their own homes within the community.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Complex Care at Home Team as Band 2 Health Care Support Workers.

The Complex Care at Home Team is an innovative service providing care to individuals with complex needs within their own homes.


We are looking for individuals who are caring, committed and trustworthy with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.


The role can be challenging but rewarding and within your role you would be encouraged and supported in your professional development by our in-house educational team as well as the wider nursing team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
