My Client, a well-established law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Estate Planning Solicitor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help individuals and families plan for their futures and manage their affairs with confidence.

As an Estate Planning Solicitor at My Client, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice.

You will guide clients through a wide range of estate planning matters, including:


  • Wills &

Mirror Wills:
Draft legally sound wills and mirror wills that accurately reflect clients' wishes.

  • Trusts: Provide advice on setting up and managing trusts to protect and distribute assets effectively.
  • Registering a Trust: Assist clients with the legal requirements and registrations involved in managing trusts.
  • Inheritance Tax Planning: Develop strategies to minimize the impact of inheritance tax and preserve clients' estates for their beneficiaries.
  • Making a Lasting Power of Attorney: Help clients create Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure their wishes are respected should they become unable to make decisions.
  • Probate & Administration of Estates: Guide clients through the probate process, including asset distribution and debt settlement according to the deceased's will or intestacy laws.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Qualified solicitor with expertise in estate planning and private client services.
  • Demonstrated experience in wills, trusts, probate, and related areas.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legal regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
