Health, Safety and Fire Advisor

Home based with travel across the Midlands

Permanent

£40,000 - £45,000 + Car allowance

The Health, Safety and Fire Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking H&S and fire risk assessments on residential property sites, including internal and external areas
  • Complete reports on findings from risk assessments to present to Property Managers
  • Explain followup actions clearly to Property Managers
  • Keeping up to date with legislative requirements in regard to how they impact the role

The Health, Safety and Fire Advisor will have:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
  • Experienced in undertaking general and fire risk assessments, preferably in a residential property environment
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Full driving licence, happy to undertake regional travel
