THE BUSINESS
Our client has established a great reputation within the industry and pride themselves on their customer service.

They make a wide range of bespoke engineering solutions and are looking to expand their team due to an ever-growing order book.


THE ROLE

  • Fabricate jobs to an acceptable quality standard using engineering drawings, works instructions / specifications and Manufacturing Information Documents.
  • To selfcheck and be accountable for own quality of work.
  • To assist colleagues in the manual handling of jobs within the factory when requested.
  • Responsible for housekeeping in immediate vicinity within the Fabrication shop.
  • Responsible for recording job times and attendance using the time and attendance computerised system.
  • Identify and report internal nonconformities. Assist in providing short term and longterm corrective and preventative actions.
  • Responsible for booking out any stock used to current jobs

THE PERSON
Time served Sheet Metal Worker
Good team player
Driving/FLT Licence desirable

THE PACKAGE
This is a temporary to permanent contract
Monday - Friday 07.00 to finish Fridays)
£13 p/h
Overtime available at enhanced rates
