Description

There will be formal and informal training offered to the successful applicant.

An estate agency background is essential and further evidence of sales and customer relations will be an advantage, together with a drive to succeed in a competitive profession.

For the successful applicant there are excellent long-term career prospects and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced, close-knit team of likeminded individuals.

The role will consist of, but is not limited to:

Generating future opportunities and appointments
Arranging & accompanying property viewings
Negotiating offers
Liaising with Vendors & Purchasers
Arranging and (possibly) carrying out market appraisals
Learning to drive our social media campaigns
Providing a firstclass customer service

Skills required:

Previous estate agency experience (min. 1 year) essential
A good local knowledge of Bodmin and the surrounding areas is preferable
Excellent communication and IT skills
Hardworking and reliable with excellent timemanagement
Good sense of humour with smart appearance
Use of own car with full clean driving license
Confident using social media

Hours:
The hours will be Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays

DOE made up of a basic plus commission

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
