Our client, a rapidly expanding PE-backed business, is looking to recruit for a Financial Controls and Governance Manager for its central finance function.

The business is growing as a result of acquisition and is set to double in size over the next 12-18 months,creating an exciting opportunity for the right individual to grow and flourish.

Reporting to the Finance Director for the shared service centre, the Financial Controls and Governance Manager will work closely with the key team leads to ensure that the correct operational framework and financial controls are in place to ensure accurateand timely reporting, together with meeting regulatory requirements (SOx).

Skills & Experience:

Qualified accountant
ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Internal controls implementation experience
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance requirements
Advanced Excel skills
Shared service centre exposure
Strong understanding of financial operations and processes including R2R, P2P, O2C
