Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated dietitian to join our team of 7 paediatric dietitians at The Royal Oldham Hospital.
You will be supported by the band 7 paediatric dietitians and work with other paediatric dietitians who cover a range of specialities including paediatric diabetes and neonates.
This position is ideal for dietitians with some paediatric experience who, depending on their clinical skills, could be supported from a Band 5 level to the Band 6.
The post holder will:
- Provide the dietetic service to the 36 bedded children's ward
- Cover a weekly general paediatric clinic
- Be involved in the training of other health professionals
- Contribute to the training of dietetic students
- Be involved in audit & policy development

- Good knowledge of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Experience of Paediatric dietetics

- HCPC registered
- Membership of the BDA
- Completion of postgraduate BDA paediatric modules
