You will be working as part of a vibrant and supportive team where duties will include:
- Processing data and updating in-house systems, accurately
- Ensuring you continually update your knowledge of processes, products and appropriate regulation
- Implementing and maintaining a personal development plan
- Dealing with customer requests and questions
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Carrying out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities, as required
