Previous experience in Financial Services is not required as you will receive full support through an excellent training program.

You will be working as part of a vibrant and supportive team where duties will include:

Processing data and updating in-house systems, accurately
Ensuring you continually update your knowledge of processes, products and appropriate regulation
Implementing and maintaining a personal development plan
Dealing with customer requests and questions
Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Carrying out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities, as required
