We have a full-time permanent job opportunity within Stirling to work with a forward-thinking employer who can offer you the chance to learn and develop within the Financial Services Industry.

Previous experience in Financial Services is not required as you will receive full support through an excellent training program.

You will be working as part of a vibrant and supportive team where duties will include:

  • Processing data and updating in-house systems, accurately
  • Ensuring you continually update your knowledge of processes, products and appropriate regulation
  • Implementing and maintaining a personal development plan
  • Dealing with customer requests and questions
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Carrying out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities, as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£21,000.00 per year
