About Our Client:

I am working with a client that operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry with their office based in Eastbourne seeking a Bookkeeper on full-time or part-time hours.

They are a UK based organisation and have a solid reputation for delivering high-quality products.

Nominals are aligned to the correct profit and cost centre and all allocations are accurate
Creditors payments are signed off and payment runs are successfully executed
Payroll is processed accurately and managed accordingly, including processing new starters, overtime and auto enrolment
Invoice processing
Complete payment runs as per the cashflow forecast
Ensuring cashflow forecast are updated weekly and relevant so that cash positions are fully understood
Support the management team to create/update MI report packs
Liaise and provide relevant information to key stakeholders
Manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Assist the management team in raising finance by preparing the relevant information and completed documents in an accurate and timely manner

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

A strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (desirable) and Excel
High numeracy skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Good communication skills

What's on Offer:

An hourly rate of £15.00 to £19.00
