The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and coordinating the day to day working arrangements of the Brownfield and financing teams
  • Thorough, proactive diary management prioritising meeting requests, avoid clashes, rearranging meetings when necessary. Ensuring smooth running of each day's schedule by proactively looking ahead in diaries for potential conflicts
  • Booking all elements of global and UK travel, including accommodation, planning itineraries and coordinating meetings.
  • Working with other assistants within Infracapital to ensure consistent support throughout the wider team
  • Creating/updating presentations and packs for internal meetings
  • Liaising with IT and other internal departments on behalf of team members
  • Keeping up to date with system changes and imparting this knowledge to the team
  • Managing systems efficiently and suggesting changes as required.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of supporting a large team of individuals of varying seniority
  • Extensive and complex diary management at a senior level
  • An enthusiastic, hardworking and conscientious attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless team support
  • Experience of a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, selfmotivated approach and ability to use initiative.
  • Highly organised and methodical manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Microsoft office proficiency
