Are you a motivated and experienced Team Leader who is looking for a busy and varied role?

If so, we have a fabulous Team Leader role based in Nottingham that may be perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic client who are looking to hire a Documentations Team Leader.


This is a hands-on office-based role where you will be responsible for consistent operational delivery of the Documentation and records management functions.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Supervisory experience in a document production/distribution environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and understand the need to develop processes
  • Keen to help advise and educate clients to enable them to make life easier for the services the team provide
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients & colleagues
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • A proactive, professional and flexible approach to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm and controlled manner and to be able to effectively manage business expectations
  • Excellent IT skills

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Implementing and maintaining service level agreements
  • Managing and developing the team
  • Evaluating and developing the working practices within the team
  • Creating and maintaining a development plan for all members of the team
  • Ensuring that the individual needs of all members of the team are met to enable them to perform effectively
  • Liaising with other teams within the business to coordinate and support workload/resource requirements
  • Contractually manage new and existing suppliers with regular reviews, performance improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £28,000 - £33,000

Working hours are - Monday - Friday - full time
