Are you a motivated and experienced Team Leader who is looking for a busy and varied role?If so, we have a fabulous Team Leader role based in Nottingham that may be perfect for you.
We are working with a fantastic client who are looking to hire a Documentations Team Leader.
This is a hands-on office-based role where you will be responsible for consistent operational delivery of the Documentation and records management functions.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Supervisory experience in a document production/distribution environment
- Ability to adapt to change and understand the need to develop processes
- Keen to help advise and educate clients to enable them to make life easier for the services the team provide
- Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients & colleagues
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- A proactive, professional and flexible approach to meet clients' needs
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm and controlled manner and to be able to effectively manage business expectations
- Excellent IT skills
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Implementing and maintaining service level agreements
- Managing and developing the team
- Evaluating and developing the working practices within the team
- Creating and maintaining a development plan for all members of the team
- Ensuring that the individual needs of all members of the team are met to enable them to perform effectively
- Liaising with other teams within the business to coordinate and support workload/resource requirements
- Contractually manage new and existing suppliers with regular reviews, performance improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £28,000 - £33,000
Working hours are - Monday - Friday - full time
