My client is a successful, modern, forward thinking Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage lender. The company have the experience to transact swiftly whilst still also taking a prudent approach to risk.

The company have a bespoke lending model, which provides them with the flexibility to consider the wider spectrum of a borrower's circumstances.

Through multiple funding sources from individuals to institutions my client can finance a diverse range of projects.

The working hours within the role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm.

When at the office, free car parking is available onsite, and the office is also a short walk from the local train station.

Again when at the office, free breakfast and lunch are provided to all members of staff to enjoy each day, made by the firms inhouse chef.

There is also a pool table within the office to enjoy your breaks fully

MRICS, FRICS or Assoc RICS qualified.
A minimum of 2+ years' experience post qualification required.
Residential property valuation experience is essential (highly desirable if coupled with commercial property valuation experience).
A highly motivated individual, with a desire to succeed.
Strong organisational skills.
An indepth knowledge of the best valuation practices.
Strong attention to detail.
A good team player.
