Please note that this role is full-time (Mon-Fri) and onsite at our Chiswick office.

As the Head of Projects, you'll lead and manage most of the company's inter-departmental projects. This includes managing a Project team in all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of inter-departmental projects while achieving the desired outcomes by meeting technology, client, and business expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee critical interdepartmental company projects throughout their lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Manage profit and loss responsibility for each project and return on investment (ROI) for the board and Senior Management Team to measure against key (key performance indicators (KPIs) and success.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, identify any risks, and create an appropriate strategy to reduce the exposure to risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial targets.
  • Lead regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to the Senior Management Team and stakeholders.
  • Oversee technical SEO activities.
  • Client meetings and presentations.

Skills Required:


  • Technically astute with experience managing complex technology and businessdriven projects.
  • Commercially focused.
  • Financially astute.
  • Proven record of delivering improvement across guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Very strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Datadriven in their approach.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Has an eye on the future.
  • A business or engineering degree.
  • Project management certification such as PRINCE or PMI
  • Leadership and management experience of a diverse team.
  • Advanced Jira / Microsoft Project skills and strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages.
