Projects - Housing, Education, Local Authority, Commercial

Coverage - Nationwide

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • At least 3 years' postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
  • Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients
  • IT skills (AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

On offer for the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Salary
  • £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
  • Pension 5%
  • Car Allowance
  • Holidays 30 days inclusive of public holidays
  • Mileage £0.45 per mile for business use
  • RICS Subscriptions paid
