About you


You will have experience and the knowledge required to deliver a comprehensive management service including resident involvement and ideally with experience in a similar role within Social Housing.

Experience of Anti-Social Behaviour Case management is essential. You will be flexible, resilient and adaptable to change, whilst prioritising the needs of the organisation and our customers.

You will be motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload as needed to meet performance targets and respond to enquiries.


About the role


Reporting to the Senior Housing Officers you will be required to manage a case load of Anti-Social Behaviour, carry out visits to new residents, complete regular tenancy visits, and conduct reviews of flexible tenancies.

You will manage all communal areas in line with the organisations Clear and Safe Policy, taking the necessary enforcement action.

You will work closely with colleagues in the assets team, community engagement and other relevant departments within the organisation. You will have excellent customer service skills to carry out this role.

And be able to communicate effectively with all and work in partnership with other agencies and organisations, attend and organise multi agency meetings.


About the team


The Housing Officer role falls within the Tenancy Services Team, consisting of Housing Assistants, Older Persons Property Service Officers and a Decant Officer.


Our wider department whom we work closely with include, Lettings, Leasehold and Home Ownership, Housing Repairs, Compliance, Planned Works, Aids and Adaptions and Resident Involvement.

The team work flexibly on site, at home and in the office.
