Sales/Partner Support Administrator for our client based
Bracknell.

The Role:


The Sales Support Administrator is a key member of the Sales team and works in conjunction with the whole team to ensure that monthly/quarterly volume targets are met, while also ensuring that all system updates & documentation completed and handed overto the Booking Team is fully complete and compliant.


  • Ensure that lease quotes for assigned programmes are issued correctly & within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure that quotes are followed up on and drive conversion from quotes into booked volume.
  • Enter new proposals from Sales/Vendors/Customers, ensuring sufficient data entered to ensure Credit Decision.
  • Liaise closely with Credit (& Sales where necessary) to ensure Credit Decisions reached on new business within target SLAs, supporting the Credit Department on obtaining customer/dealer data as required.
  • Ensure Credit decisions are communicated to Customer/Vendor/Dealer within target SLAs.
  • Support vendors/dealers on all inbound queries in relation to Credit Decisions/communications.
  • Generate contract documentation accurately & issue within expected SLAs.
  • Ensure ongoing proactive management of pipeline, chasing up quotes, props, docs, deals as appropriate during the transaction lifecycle.
  • Ensure ongoing, regular pipeline reviews with Sales & appropriate action and followup on all deals.
  • Liaison between Program Relationship Managers and vendors while being professional and demonstrating an excellent customer/partner experience
  • Work closely with the Sales Organisation to ensure that monthly volume targets are met and play a proactive, leading role in driving pipeline management and conversion.
  • Ensure monthly & quarterly volume & conversion targets met or exceeded.
  • Previous experience within a finance related function would be advantageous
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately when under pressure
  • Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong PC, numerical and mathematical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
