Method Resourcing is helping a global leading in cloud based solutions hire a community of practice for software developers in test.

Our client is a globally known organisation operating across 60 different countries with more than 20,000 customer includingthe top 22 banks globally.

So If you love cutting code in JavaScript, pairing with developers to write low level unit tests, building CI/CD pipelines and adopting a shift left test approach then I'd recommend you read further on.

As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for automating frameworks using Cypress, and helping developers right their own Unit tests, with Quality in mind.

In their SDLC, Testers & Developers are classed as engineers and the roles are interchangeable(to a degree).

About You:

Experience in 2 OOP languages, preferably Java & JavaScript.

Cypress with JavaScript for automation.

Experience using tools like Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO.

Excellent understanding of SDLC phases.

Comfortable reviewing unit tests.

Has experience of setting up and configuring CI/CD systems.

Experience with Jenkins or GitLab.

Has mature knowledge of BDD.

Has experience in non-functional testing & performance testing, using tools such as K6/JMeter and Gatling.

Desirable:

Writing Unit Tests.

Using CI tools, preferably Jenkins.

Worked with Big Data Databases such as Dynamo & Mongo.
