Job description:
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Provide recruitment approvals, working with vacancy holders to ensure appropriate governance is maintained for all types of vacancy.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support with recruitment, ensuring it remains fair and open and in line with policy and procedure.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Build and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Occasional travel will be required to attend team meetings.
Person specification:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a fastpaced environment and meeting deadlines effectively.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also being a team player.
