Job description:


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:


  • Provide recruitment approvals, working with vacancy holders to ensure appropriate governance is maintained for all types of vacancy.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support with recruitment, ensuring it remains fair and open and in line with policy and procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Build and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Occasional travel will be required to attend team meetings.

Person specification:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also being a team player.
  • A problemsolving approach and the ability to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
