The Role

  • Liaison between the office and our team of Care Professionals
  • Participate in on call duties
  • Participate in emergency cover as required
  • Provide a variety of nonmedical services to help our clients live independently in their own home
  • Coordinating staff/Care Professional meetings
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software
  • Support with Client Quality Assurances
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals
  • Provide support to the Management team
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
  • Support and train new Care Professionals
  • Engagement with community/marketing initiatives

Qualifications

All we ask from you is:

  • A friendly and approachable manner with a desire to help others
  • Committed and reliable; our clients will depend on you
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent or willing to work towards qualfication
  • Flexibility in your weekly schedule including weekends

Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required
Training and on-going support will be provided.
