Description
We are looking for an organised and confident individual to man our out of office sales line between s 9am-7pm ON Weekends


Their main role will be to ensure all site managers have the right information and that there are no problems that could occur.

Duties above are the basic duties but additional duties include:

  • Answering calls and chats
  • Creating invoices and payments
  • Checking payments
  • Messaging site managers to inform them of their shifts or changes to shifts.

Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
