Are you an enthusiastic and capable secretary or PA, working in a role with complex admin, maybe your in a different role and think you have skills that can transfer or have you completed further education and looking for a role to get you into Healthcare?


We have wonderful part time and full time opportunities that can offer a range of fabulous training including opportunities through to apprenticeship role with a fast track training programme to allow you to progress all the way through whilst obtaining a degree with some great flexibility on working hours and working patterns and mentoring available if required.

Your role will be to support our Consultants and their teams in all aspects of the administrative management of patient care including all clinical correspondence within our Medical Secretarial Service that employs over 160 staff in 22 specialities with administrative and secretarial functions.

You will act as the liaison between all parties involved in the patient care, following strict confidentiality protocols.


Your role as Medical Secretary is fundamental and forms the foundation for the support of all clinical activity, it can be demanding at times, however, our friendly teams thrive on working hard and supporting each other to fulfil the job role.
