Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include:
-


  • Ensure daytoday workstreams of the department run smoothly
  • To Supervise the team, motivating their engagement and providing coaching always striving for greatness
  • Audit and Manage Credit request
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly KPI's
  • Cover the DM when required

Customer Service Advisor requirements include:
-


  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Experience managing a small team would be advantageous
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Attention to detail
