Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include:

- Ensure daytoday workstreams of the department run smoothly
- To Supervise the team, motivating their engagement and providing coaching always striving for greatness
- Audit and Manage Credit request
- Prepare the weekly and monthly KPI's
- Cover the DM when required
Customer Service Advisor requirements include:

- Strong Customer Service experience
- Experience managing a small team would be advantageous
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Attention to detail
