The Role

A job has become available for a Head of EHS at a reputable engineering business based in Oxfordshire.

The purpose of the Head of EHS role is to ensure that personnel return home each day without being exposed to injury or incidents.

JNCC (UK Joint Nature Conservation Committee)
Hazardous waste disposal, transport and management
Occupational exposure health effects
Noise
Ergonomics
Chemicals
Dust & particulates
UK degree in Chemical Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health with 10+ years of related industry experience in UK manufacturing industry
Exceptional leadership skill set
Deep knowledge of UK regulatory standards for
Environment
Safety
Occupational safety
Industrial safety
Personal hygiene
REACH
COSHH
Hazardous waste transport & management
Reporting requirements
10+ years of experience in Behavioural based safety processes
Experienced as a team leader, adept at managing performance of own team and the broader team
HAZOP execution and management
