We have a new and exciting opportunity for an
NPD Project Manager to join our Commercial team.

The
NPD Project Manager will take accountability for effectively and efficiently managing business winning enquires as well as for being the interface between our customers' and Fareva.

In addition the
NPD Project Manager will be accountable for the end to end delivery of projects from business award to successful transition into industrialisation covering all product classifications.


The role of
NPD Project Manager is a critical role within Fareva as it aids the delivery of business projects and future growth.

The role reports directly into the NPD Head of Project Delivery. The
NPD Project Manager will take overall accountability for leading the project cross functionally and when required across multiple sites


Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Receiving a detailed customer project brief from the Account Manager ensuring all requirements and customer assumptions are understood and agreed such that these can be easily transferred to all relevant functions across our business.

To capture feedbackfrom internal stakeholders and communicate findings to the Account Manager in order for the negotiating stage to commence.


  • You will take guidance from the Account Manager to effectively liaise with multiple customers for business enquiries which you will do through effective project planning and by working closely with internal stakeholders within our R&D and production functions.
  • To undertake a thorough evaluation during the business winning phase of multiple projects including: financial aspects, risks, overall project plan and product options. You will take accountability for the "workbook costing" completion and the overall accountabilityfor the delivery of these projects into the industrialisation phase.
  • Accurate and efficient completion of the stage gate process, tracker and documentation to ensure project status and business reporting can be undertaken.
  • To be the interface between our customers' and Fareva and effectively and professionally manage the relationship. To provide project status reports for internal and external requirements though the business wining and industrialisation phases.
  • To strive for perfection and ensure that our customer experience is the best in class, driving continuous improvement activities through an approved change control process in a timely and effective manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Ideally you will have a business degree or equivalent which will be supported by a recognised project management qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner or PMI. You will also have demonstrable experience of project management within Retail, FMCG, Cosmeticor a Healthcare environment.
  • You will be customer focused with the ability to manage customer relationships and maintain professionalism through the challenging and difficult times as well as celebrating success.

You will be a strong team player with the ability to work as part ofa team or individually with the ambition to achieving high results and successfully transitioning projects to into industrialisation.


  • You will be a strong and influential project manager with enthusiasm and energy to develop and drive the performance of the project team to be the 'best in class'.You will be a strategic thinker with ability to influence internal colleagues and externalcustomers across all levels of the organisation.
  • You will have a good understanding of factory industrialisation and strong financial and commercial awareness.

Your ability to develop brand awareness coupled with a can do attitude will be a great asset to the NPD project management team.
