We have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join one of our busy manufacturing clients in the Scarborough area.

The role offers amazing benefits and opportunity for progression.

Currently offering on site and hybrid working package, certified training, great holiday allowance and early finishes on a Friday This is a permanent contract, salary is dependent on experience.

We are looking for someone who has a strong administration background, and has experience in sales and customer service. You have to be computer literate, and able to work to strict deadlines and as part of the team.


Key accountabilities:


  • Coordinating all aspects of service contracts
  • Manage and schedule engineers for maintenance and call outs
  • Primary point of contact for the customer and liaising with the client on all matters
  • Ensuring all aspects of works are arranged including access, parts and equipment
  • Management of all works through to the point of invoice as efficiently as possible
  • Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements

Hour/Pay

  • Monday to Friday
  • Permanent fulltime role
