This is a Hybrid role from our Marlow office.

The person:

Previous experience in a recruitment role ideally in a related industry (Logistics, Chemical, Manufacturing, Production)
Enthusiastic approach to work
Proven delivery in competitive markets
Flexibility to travel across multiple UK sites
Experience in a high volume, high output environment
Desire to learn
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, commercially focussed business
Good team worker
Ability to work without supervision

The role:

We offer a hybrid working pattern and you will be required to travel to and work from our UK sites also.

You will be responsible for highly visible roles at the core of our business and be joining a TA and wider HR team that will support you to succeed.

Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements is fundamental to the role and site visits will be required to do this and raise the profile of Talent Acquisition in the organisation.

As you pipeline for core skills, engage with the business and deliver on key roles you will learn about a diverse and interesting organisation focussed on recycling and recovery in the environmental services industry.

This is a full life-cycle recruitment role from identification of needs to offer management.

The core of the role is operational recruitment however, if you wish we have loads of projects and initiatives to get involved in.
