Are you seeking an Apprenticeship in Business Administration? We are looking for someone to work at our well established family owned business. You will be an important part of our administration and customer service team.

We need someone who is confident with great communication skills to greet customers, clients, manufacturers and potential business associates with ease.

We need you to be a self starter with great IT skills who is willing to learn and progress within the role. You will complete your Advanced Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within 18 months. During this time you will receive online training and support from your tutor as well as in house training with your mentor at work.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm

Can you easily commute to Blackburn?
Our client has a very exciting opportunity to work as a Business Administration Apprentice.


Job Duties

  • Answering the telephone and providing a friendly front of house reception service
  • Greeting clients and directing their enquiry appropriately
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of the important when dealing with confidential client information
  • Handle and direct general enquiries
  • Learn effective liaison with third parties
  • Learn Filing, scanning, photocopying processes, etc
  • Archiving of closed files
  • Any other duties specified by the Practice Manager and within the scope of their capabilities

Apprenticeship Details


Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited
Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

From £6.40 per hour
