Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor - hybrid working - c£30k
We're working with a long established, reputable, independent but national Project & Building Surveying Consultancy who are looking to recruit an additional Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor as follows:

Building Surveying or related degree (RICS accredited desirable but certainly not essential)
Keen to progress to Chartered status via the APC route
Undertaking a broad but traditional project & professional workload, meeting the requirements of the RICS APC diary
Focused on both professional services & major works projects across multiple property classes, including but not limited to Residential and Commercial
Full home working available after induction, as well as the option to hotdesk at any of our clients regional offices across the UK to suit.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor / APC Building Surveyor will enjoy an inclusive, professional environment, plenty of team socials and a remuneration package that will include:

Basic salary up to £30k to start, rising with tenure, performance and professional rotation
Laptop, screens, iPhone, all travel paid, all necessary health, safety and homeoffice equipment supplied.
Company car club scheme (for work purposes) in addition to own car use (reimbursable 45p/mile), and full refunding of public transport (for work purposes)
Travel around the country if desired, or a focus more on London & SE.
